  For the chicken:
2 Chicken breasts; bone and skin on
3cChicken broth
1tbCurry powder
1tbBlack peppercorns
  Salt if needed
  For the dressing:
1/2cMayonnaise
1tbCurry powder
1tsGrated ginger
1tsGrated orange rind
1tbGrated Granny Smith Apple
2tbChicken broth

Cook breasts in broth with spices. Chill in broth. Remove chicken from broth,discard skin and bones. Dice or shred breasts. Stir with sauce.
